Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
CIOREBL is the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy explains what we process, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
1 What we process
We deliberately hold very little. In normal use of the Service we process:
- Your Telegram identifiers — the numeric id of your signal group, your Telegram username or display name, and a client label we set for our own administration.
- Delivery records — which signal was delivered to your group and when. This is the basis for both your results and your invoice.
- Settlement records — the outcome and profit or loss of each delivered signal, derived from public match results.
- Your commercial terms — your agreed rate per unit, and any per-client preference you ask for (for example excluding youth leagues).
- Billing and payment records — the name and address you give us for invoicing, plus the amount, date and status of each payment as reported back to us by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; card details are entered with the payment provider and stay there.
- Correspondence — messages you send us about the Service.
What we do not hold
We do not hold your bookmaker credentials, your bookmaker balance, your stakes, your full card or bank account number, your date of birth, or any identity document. We never ask for them. We do not process special categories of personal data. The billing name and address on your invoice are the only identity details we keep, and only because an invoice legally requires them.
2 Why we process it, and on what basis
- To deliver the Service — sending signals to your group and maintaining your track record. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To bill correctly — calculating units on delivered signals and issuing invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for accounting records.
- To support and communicate with you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep the Service working and honest — diagnosing delivery faults and verifying that recorded results match what was actually sent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a reliable, auditable service.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you, and we do not sell it to anyone.
3 Who else is involved
- Telegram — the Service is delivered over Telegram, so your use of it is also subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. We do not control Telegram.
- Google (Sheets) — your individual results ledger is a Google Sheet shared privately with you. It contains fixtures, picks, prices, results and profit — not your identity documents or payment details.
- Stripe — our payment provider. When you pay, Stripe processes your card or bank details and your billing address on our behalf, under its own privacy policy. We receive only the outcome: amount, date, status and the last four digits of the card.
- Our accountant and, where legally required, the tax authorities — for invoicing and statutory record-keeping.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4 This website
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and has no contact form or login. We do not learn who visits it.
For transparency: the pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google can see your IP address when it does. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party.
5 How long we keep it
- Delivery, settlement and results records — for as long as you use the Service, and afterwards for as long as needed to settle and evidence invoices.
- Invoices and accounting records — seven years, as Dutch law requires.
- Group identifiers and correspondence — deleted on request, subject to the accounting retention above.
6 Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong;
- erase your data, where no legal retention obligation applies;
- restrict or object to processing;
- port your data to you or another provider in a usable format;
- withdraw consent, where processing rests on consent.
Ask us through your signal group or the contact route below. We respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7 Security
Data is held on servers we control, with access restricted to us. Results and delivery logs are append-only, which is what makes the published track record auditable. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold no credentials or payment data, so the impact of any incident is limited by design.
8 Changes
Any update is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be mentioned in your signal group.
